Looking for an affordable, no-fuss private event space in Seattle? Cottontail's WEEKNIGHT buyout is exactly that.

For just $100 flat rental rate, the whole bar is yours! ONLY available Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday between the hours of 4 PM and 11PM.

What's Included:

Exclusive use of Cottontail for up to 4 hours
Your own dedicated bartender for the evening
Full access to our featured cocktail menu, beer, wine, spirits, and NA options
Connect your Spotify and set the vibe
Up to 35 guests

BAR Minimum: $500 (excluding tax & 20% automatic gratuity) - yes, if you and your guests are all on individual tabs, it all goes towards the minimum spend requirement!

The fine print: No kitchen (as in no catering or a la carte ordering available), outside food is welcome! No AV options, no production setup, no custom cocktails - just a great bar, your people, and a good playlist. 21+

Full venue buyouts ARE available at Cottontail Thursday through Sunday and are considered and priced based on event specifics, guest count, and date. Inquire for details!
